Resonator Festival volunteers

Resonator Festival in Odense is looking for volunteers to create festival area.
Resonator festival is a three day music festival in Odense presenting music and cultures from all over the world. The festival is held 7th to 9th of november 2024.
Resonator is all about curiosity and openness towards the unknown.
Resonator is looking for volunteers to plan and execute our new festival area at Resonator festival 2024.
We will guide you throughout the process, to create the best outcome and experience.
You will gain new skills, knowledge and experience to use in future event planning, working life etc.
Festival area
Volunteers as a group will be responsible for our indoor festival area with:
Hang out facilities
Pop Up events or concerts
Community dinners
A nice atmosphere
Decorations/installations.
You will learn different skills on planning an event, such as project management, booking, planning, marketing and producing.
You don’t need to know everything - we will teach you.
Expect to put in 3-7 hours of work on average per week in the months of august, september, october and november, besides the festival.
Tasks could include:
Planning
Booking
SoMe
Planning and creating a great atmosphere for audience
Recruiting and managing volunteers for the festival days.
You will get:
Insights of Resonator Festival and Odenses venues
Knowledge and skills on project planning.
Time frame:
1. September - application deadline
12. september - Workshop nr. 1
3. oct: Workshop nr. 2
sep/oct: Weekly get-together to work on tasks.
Festival 7.-9. November 2024.
Nov: Post production og evaluering
